We’re here to help every step of the way. Simply choose your template, then click on the Design Support icon. You’ll be asked to provide a few basic details and share your preferences for layout and design. From there, our experts will guide you in creating a beautiful and respectful memorial.

Can multiple family members contribute?

Absolutely. Simply click on the “Save Design” option and enter your family name. Your design will be saved to the My Designs page, where you can easily share it with family members and close friends so they can review and contribute.

Can I save my progress and come back later?

Yes, absolutely. While designing, simply click on the “Save Design” option to save your progress. Your design will be available on the My Designs page, where you can click the Configure button to continue working on it anytime. There’s no need to complete your design in one session—take your time and create it at your own pace.

Can I create multiple designs and choose one as final?

Yes, absolutely. You can create and save multiple designs using different templates. All your saved designs will appear on the My Designs page, along with their preview images and the family names you’ve entered.

You can also use features like renaming designs for easy reference and cloning a design to explore variations. This allows you to compare options and confidently choose the one that feels right as your final design.

How do I place an order?

Once your design is finalized, click on the Request Price icon to view a detailed pricing breakdown. This will include the estimated delivery date, available quantity, product cost, tariff charges, shipping cost, and applicable sales tax—along with the total amount.

After reviewing the details, click Add to Cart and proceed to checkout. Enter and verify your personal information and shipping address, then place your order to complete the process.

Can I share my design quotation with others for review?

Yes, absolutely. On the cart page, you’ll find both Email Quote and Print options. You can easily email your quotation to family and friends for review, or print a copy to share in person.

How do I insert graphics into the memorial?

You can add graphics by navigating to the Artwork menu within the design tool. Use the search feature to quickly find the graphics you need.

You also have the option to upload your own images by selecting “Upload Your Own Image.” Once uploaded, your images will be available in the My Images folder for easy access and use in your design.

How do I use the 3D configurator?

The 3D configurator lets you view and customize your memorial from every angle. You can rotate and zoom in to explore the design in detail, and make real-time updates to elements like text, graphics, and colors. This helps you visualize exactly how your memorial will look before placing your order.

Can I include important dates or life events?

Yes, you can add key dates such as birth, passing, and other meaningful milestones to create a complete life story.
